Delivery and payment

Payment of the delivery cost is made at the expense of the Buyer.

Upon receiving the Goods from the carrier, the Buyer is obliged to make sure that the Goods are in accordance with the range, integrity, completeness and absence of obvious defects in quality, by inspecting the contents of the packaging. In the case of detection of inconsistency in the assortment, damage or incomplete packaging of the Goods, the presence of obvious defects in quality, the Buyer undertakes to record them in the act, which must be signed by the representative together with the Buyer

Carrier companies. If possible, defects in the Goods must be recorded by means of photo or video recording. Within 1 (one) day after detecting defects in the Goods upon receipt, the Buyer is obliged to notify the Seller by phone and/or to the e-mail indicated in the "Contacts" section, in order to eliminate them.

The Seller is not responsible for damage or loss, delay in delivery of the Goods by the carrier.

IMPORTANTLY: 
In order for the Buyer to receive the ordered Goods in a timely manner, the Buyer - a legal entity must provide the Seller with a power of attorney issued in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine, by which the Buyer's representative is authorized to receive the Goods on behalf of the Buyer of the Goods.
