Exchange and return

According to Art. 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights", the Buyer has the right to exchange or return the Goods of proper quality within fourteen days, not counting the day of purchase. The buyer has the right to exchange or return the goods, taking into account the provisions of the current legislation on the list of goods that are not subject to exchange (return)

The exchange or return of the Goods of proper quality is carried out under the following conditions:

• The product has not been used and its appearance has been preserved;
• preserved consumer properties of the Goods, seals, labels;
• saved settlement document issued to the Buyer together with the sold Goods.

When returning the Goods, the Seller settles with the Buyer based on the value of the Goods at the time of purchase by the Buyer.
The exchange and return of goods of appropriate quality to the online store is carried out at the expense of the Buyer.

When the Buyer returns the Goods of proper quality, the Online Store shall return the amount paid for the Goods to the Buyer upon the fact of the Goods being returned, minus compensation for the Online Store's costs incurred in delivering the Goods to the Buyer.

The return of the Product under warranty is carried out depending on the warranty conditions of the specific supplier (manufacturer) and is discussed between the Seller and the Buyer individually.

Importantly: 

• returning the Goods without prior agreement with the Seller is not allowed;
• The product to be returned must be properly packed to prevent damage and loss during transportation;
• failure to meet the above requirements may result in refusal to return the Goods.
